You can request deletion of your Lazy Shopper account and associated personal data at any time. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone), saved addresses, cart, wishlist and referral wallet balance. Order records required for legal, tax and accounting purposes may be retained in anonymised form as required by law.

Delete From The App

Go to Account → Account privacy → Delete account and confirm. Your account will be scheduled for deletion.

Request By Email

Alternatively, email support@lazyshopper.in from your registered email with the subject "Delete My Account". We will process your request within 7 business days.
