How do I place an order?
Set your location, browse nearby shops, add items to your cart and check out. You can pay online or choose Cash on Delivery where available.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery fee depends on distance and order weight and is shown clearly at checkout. Orders above ₹499 and your first order get free delivery.
How does Refer & Earn work?
Share your referral code with friends. When they place their first order, you both earn wallet rewards you can redeem at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Open Orders → your active order to see live rider tracking on the map.
How do I get a refund?
Eligible cancelled orders are refunded to your original payment method. Contact support for help.
