Service

Lazy Shopper is an online marketplace connecting customers with local shops for grocery and daily-need products, with delivery by our delivery partners.

Orders & Pricing

Prices, availability, and delivery fees are shown at checkout. A platform fee and delivery fee may apply. Order totals are confirmed before payment.

Payments

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay or paid as Cash on Delivery where available. Applicable refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled or refunded per our support policy. Refunds for eligible cancelled orders are credited back to your payment method.

Referrals

Referral rewards are discounts applied to a future eligible order and are not redeemable for cash. Rewards are subject to fraud checks and successful delivery of the referred order.

User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or misuse.
